Hi everyone,

It's time to celebrate our year in scouting! Picnic info:

Date/time: Tuesday, June 3 from 5:30 to 6:30?pm (Rain date- Thursday, June 5)

Place: Milltown's Ice Cream Depot

The plan: games, chitchat, and picnic dinner

Everyone will: 1.buy their own Depot hot dog or bring a sandwich

2. bring lawn chairs if desired

3. bring Wolf Scout book for signing (yes, they get credit for planning this picnic!)

4. bring assigned item from list below

Assigned/volunteered items:

Owens: game equipment and picnic blanket (in case the picnic tables are full)

Pinnella: goldfish crackers

Horan: paper goods (plates, napkins, cups)

Coates: brownies (cut small)

Florczak: fruit (bring forks if needed for fruit)

Murphy: one bottle of juice

Stanaway: one bottle of juice

Meagher-DiEllo: water

No uniforms necessary. Bring cameras for silly pictures!

FYI, there will probably be 8 scouts, 8 parents, and up to 10? siblings.

Hey all,

Please check the back pages of your son's scout book to see how many electives he needs to achieve the next arrow point. He earns an arrow point per each ten completed electives.

If you can't figure it out, give me a call. Believe it or not, I have to report the next elective earnings by this Thursday, June 5. Anyone who comes to the picnic will complete SIX electives at this event (for planning and attending a picnic/outing, and several deal with recognizing/discussing poisonous plants, strange dogs, and rabid/dead animals, all of which will be worth discussing at the picnic, as summer is approaching).

See you on Tuesday! I am anticipating seeing all of you, some at 5:30 and some at 6, I know. If you will not be coming, please let me know ASAP.
